MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) named the top performing schools in the March 2019 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) also known as Teachers board exam for Secondary level on May 25 or in forty-two (42) working days after the exam.
PRC conducted the March 24, 2019 LET simultaneously in at least 20 testing centers in the country: Bacolod, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Catarman, Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo, Kidapawan, Legazpi, Lucena, Manila, Pagadian, Pampanga, Romblon, Rosales, Occidental Mindoro, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Here's the performance of schools in the March 2019 Licensure Examination for Teachers in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation":
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the same period last year (March 2018), University of the Philippines - Diliman (UPD) led the schools in the Secondary level LET with 98.55% or 68 out of 69 passed the exams. Univerity of Santo Tomas (UST) ranked second with 91.80% or 56 out of 61 passed.
PRC hailed UPD as the top performing school in the March 2017 , 92.54% or 62 out of 67 passed the exams. It was followed by UST with 80.95% or 51 out of 63 passed.
In the March 2016 exams, UPD also topped the schools with 93.44% (57 out of 61). Saint Louis University (SLU) ranked second with 92.18% or 165 out of 179 passed.
