MANILA, Philippines – A Binibining Pilipinas candidate proved that she is more than beauty as she passed the 2018 Bar exam.
Patricia Magtanong is one of the hopefuls who made their dreams come true after passing the recent licensure exam for lawyers. On Instagram, she shared the good news by posting a photo of her and her father who is also a lawyer.
She captioned it with, “Atty. Magtanong and Atty. Magtanong! Para sa aking pamilya, para sa Diyos, at para sa bayan!”
The beauty queen is aiming for a Binibining Pilipinas crown to represent the country in international pageant. Magtanong proudly represents Bataan.

Magtanong finished her law degree and Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines.
The 24-year-old beauty said she idolizes her father.
Magtanong added that she wants to promote the rights of prisoners, maintaining that even they have rights to humane treatment.
Magtanong had previously shared she will make her dreams come true this year. She wrote, “This is the year I make my dreams come true. Manifesting it to the universe!”
She shared one of her favorite quotes from law school is about learning and growing more. Magtanong wrote, “I am learning everyday to allow the space between where I am and where I want to be to inspire me and not terrify me.”
The Binibini hopeful also shared that when she graduated from law school she wanted to “bloom” where she was planted. She explained that it means to make the most out of the situation you’re in, no matter how bleak or miserable it seems. “To accept the hand that you’re dealt and to learn to play it. You don’t always have control over the circumstances but you can control your attitude towards the,” Magtanong wrote.
