MANILA, Philippines – President Rodrigo Roa Duterte's third State of the Nation Address (SONA) full text or transcript is expected to be translated in Filipino language as delivered today, July 23, 2018 at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City.
Known as "President's Report to the People", the full text of the 2018 SONA will be posted immediately after he has spoken in front of 3,000 lawmakers and guests at the Plenary Hall.
The traditional ceremony starts at 3:30 p.m. (arrival) with President Duterte's speech delivery around 4:00 p.m.
