MANILA, Philippines – 'Bagyong Domeng' has intensified slightly as it moves in a northeastward direction, state weather bureau PAGASA announced in its 11 a.m. bulletin on Saturday, June 9, 2018.
At 10:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm Domeng was estimated based on all available data at 565 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (21.4 °N, 127.3 °E).

'Bagyong Domeng' has maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 105 kph. It is forecast to move North Northeast at 21 kph.
NOTE: No tropical cyclone warning signal raised.
Forecast Positions:
"Domeng will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), which will bring monsoon rains over Luzon and Western Visayas for the next 2 days," PAGASA said.
Residents of these areas are advised to take appropriate actions against possible flash floods and landslides and coordinate with their local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) offices.
Meanwhile, sea travel is risky over the eastern seaboard of Northern Luzon and the western seaboard of Southern Luzon and Central Luzon.
'Domeng' is expected to exit the PAR by Sunday morning (June 10).
