MANILA, Philippines - Kristel De Catalina and Xtreme Dancers advanced to the grand finals of ABS-CBN’s world class talent search “Pilipinas Got Talent” (PGT) Season 6 on Sunday, April 1.
Kristel De Catalina captivated the viewers as she garnered 78.96% of the combined online and text votes.
The Golden Buzzer of Vice Ganda delivered a breathtaking spiral pole dance enough to receive standing ovation from the judges.
"Ikaw ang pinakamabigat na contestant. They need to level up. Sobrang wow," Angel Locsin commented.
Judge Robin Padilla was also amazed on her performance: "Perfect yung form. Sobrang precised."
Vice Ganda is confident Kristel will win the show: "Tapos na. You saved the night. Ikaw ang pinaka-aabangan sa buong season."
Meanwhile, Xtreme Dancers from Korondal, South Cotabato got the judges' vote.
Other contestants eliminated from the competition were Jeptah "Wow Magic" Calintong and folk dancers Bu-aywa Folkloric Dance Troupe of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro.
Nocturnal Dance Company and Orville Tonido were named the first two grand finalists of PGT.
