MANILA - Last week, it was announced that pop singer Ariana Grande will be trotting back to the Philippine shores for the second time to perform. Fans of her quickly went into a frenzy trying to scour for information regarding the details of the event. However, aside from the date and venue of the concert, no other specifics were announced - including ticket prices.
That changed when more information was revealed regarding how potential concert goers can score their tickets. The announcement came from Grande’s Philippine concert promoter Music Management International (MMI) Live. According to the post, there are five types of concert passes that fans can take advantage of depending on where in the arena want to be seated or how much they are willing to shelve out to see the pop singer live. The ticketing criteria are as follows:
Those who are interested will be able to purchase their tickets starting May 20, 2017, at 10:00 am (Philippine time) through all SM Tickets outlets nationwide. Transactions can also be done via the internet at www.smtickets.com. Meanwhile, those who need additional information can contact the ticketing center 470.2222
Grande’s second concert in the Philippines will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena this coming August 21. It comes just after two years when she first hit the country in 2015 as part of her "The Honeymoon" Tour. This time, the Manila leg is part of her world tour called “Dangerous Woman” and will have the “Focus” singer performing in key cities in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Australia.
Aside from Grande, other international acts coming to the country in the latter half of the year include Britney Spears, who is set to perform on June 15 also at the MOA Arena, and Ed Sheeran who will also be back for the second time like Grande this November.
