MANILA, Philippines – The Top 12 singing heartthrobs of “Pinoy Boyband Superstar” are pulling out all the stops as they face the public’s verdict in the Live Shows, which begin this Saturday, November 5, on ABS-CBN.
For the first time in the program, viewers will have the chance to decide which wanna-be boyband member will be booted out of the competition. In the Live Shows, one of them will also be sent home every week until the best of the best remain.
This weekend, the Top 12 boys will be divided into four groups with three members each. Performing as boybands, they should convince the superstar judges that they deserve to stay in the competition.
Don’t miss the performances of Allen, the Swabeng Shy Guy of Caloocan City; Ford, the Hunky Haranista of Valenzuela City; Henz, the Certified Fanboy of Taguig; James, the Skater Kid of California; Joao, the Party Prince of Macau; Mark, the Kwelang Badboy of Bacoor; Markus, the Romantic Athlete of Pangasinan; Miko, the Visayan Popstar of Canada; Niel, the Kanto Boy Next Door of Cebu; Russell, the Fil-Am-azing Boy of Illinois; Tony, the Badboy of Vancouver; and Tristan, the Buff Balladeer of Bulacan.
Based on their performances, superstar judges Vice Ganda, Sandara Park, Yeng Constantino, and Aga Muhlach will pick the three groups who will give the most excellent performances and, thus, are safe from elimination.
And from the weakest group, a singing heartthrob will be saved by public votes and the other one will be saved by the judges. Meanwhile, the remaining boy will be sent home.
Viewers will only be given a commercial gap to cast their votes, so watch out for the complete voting mechanics to support your favorites.
Who will perform together? Who will shine the most, and who will need to improve?
Don’t miss the journey of aspiring boyband members as they make their dreams come true in “Pinoy Boyband Superstar,” which airs on Saturdays at 7:15PM and on Sundays at 7PM.
