The 44th "American Music Awards" (AMAs) has just concluded on Sunday, November 20, 2016 ( Monday in Manila time) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
The American Music Awards pays tribute to today’s most influential and iconic artists. The show is one of the biggest music shows in the world and is seen in more than 160 countries.
The nominees are based on key fan interactions as reflected in Billboard Magazine and on Billboard.com, including album and digital singles sales, radio airplay, streaming, social activity and touring. These measurements are tracked by Billboard and its data partners, including Nielsen Entertainment and Next Big Sound.
