The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, September 16, that 633 out of 1,370 (46.20%) passed the Forester board exam given by the Board for Foresters in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Davao, Legazpi, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this September 2016.
PRC has recognized University of the Philippines - Los Banos (UPLB) as the lone top performing school as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010. UPLB got 100-percent passing rate or 85 examinees passed the exams.
Meanwhile, Mindanaoans dominated the licensure exam with Cornelio Sacquiap Casilar Jr. from Caraga State University (CSU) - Butuan City got the highest place - 91.40-percent grade.
