MANILA, Philippines – One hundred eight (108) out of more than 1,000 blog entries made it to the finals of the Philippine Blogging Awards dubbed as the '#Bloggys2015' to honor the finest bloggers in the country this year.
Finalists in the 17 categories of the premiere blog awarding event will have the chance to win awards such as Top Category Blog, Best Blog Design, Best Blog Post, People’s Choice, and Bloggys Champion.

Bloggys 2015 committee started to accept nominations in September with voting for the validated nominees run last month. A total of 2,693 nominations have been received and out of these numbers, 1,026 blogs went through the voting stage.
The organizer said that decisions on the finalists and primary category winners came from the jury composed of the following:
Blog entries were judged based on relevance, engagement, content, presentation, and X-Factor.
The announcement of category winners and major awards will be on Saturday, November 21 at the Bloggys 2015 Gala Night to be held at the SMX Convention Center, SM Aura in Taguig City.
