MANILA, Philippines - Popular job portal Jobstreet.com has revealed today the top 10 list of companies Pinoys aspire to work for this 2015.
The Filipino-owned business giant San Miguel Corporation (SMC) topped the list this 2015 for the Most Aspired Companies in the country for the second year in a row, online survey results shown.
Food and beverage company Nestlé Philippines took the second place while global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing firm Accenture ranked third up by two notches from its fifth position last year.
2015’s fourth and fifth most aspired companies are energy giant Shell Philippines, which moved up from outside the top five last year, and fast-moving consumer goods household name Procter & Gamble, which slid from third in 2014 to fifth this year.
SM Investments Corporation joined this year's list debuting at sixth and the banking arm, BDO Unibank, getting the eighth spot.
ABS-CBN Corporation, the Philippines largest media company ranked seventh while the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottling company, Coca-Cola FEMSA is on ninth place.
Another new entry, Unilever Philippines, rounded up the list that features three local companies and seven multinationals.

The job portal company also highlighted that in this year’s survey, benefits and incentives such as performance-based bonuses, health insurance, retirement pay, and car and housing loans is the most popular consideration for most position levels – junior executives, supervisors, managers, and even top management – when selecting an organization to work for.
