Manila, Philippines - In the new CCTV video released by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), it shows Cedric Lee kissing Deniece Cornejo inside the elevator of her condo unit, just few minutes after the mauling of the It's Showtime host Vhong Navarro.
The date on CCTV footage confirmed that it was happened early morning of January 23 after a tied-up Navarro was hauled off to the Southern Police District (SPD) by Lee's group that accused him of attempting to rape Cornejo.
Vhong Navarro's camp highlights that that the video shows Lee being "very affectionate" towards Cornejo, which means that they may have a deeper relationship than what they have publicly admitted.

About thirty (30) minutes after the actor left the condo, Cedric Lee arrived with his friends.
At the night of January 22 incident, CCTV shows that Bernice Lee, Cedric's sister arrived the condo with two men 30 minutes before Vhong came. In several minutes, Berniece is seen leaving the condo alone.
The model-stylist Cornejo accused Navarro of rape case. However, the latter insists he was set-up by Lee's group and has filed several cases against the Lee siblings, Cornejo and several other people.
Meanwhile, Cedric's lawyer Atty. Raymond Fortun on Friday in a statement on his Facebook account said that the kissing video between Lee and Cornejo is a "non-issue."
"Maybe it's just me, but it looks like the girl didn't even want to be kissed. Others will think otherwise. What matters is, again, what I PERSONALLY KNOW," said Fortun.
"I have met with DC (Deniece Cornejo) and CL (Cedric Lee) in a meeting and over dinner. Di ko nakita nor naramdaman na close sila. For me, this is another non-issue because it does not prove or disprove the parties' version of events that night,” he added.
"I will NOT say that the CCTV lies. We all saw what we saw. And yes, I'm glad that you noticed that the big group was so relaxed when they went inside the elevator. So... Doesn't look like this group was heading for a fight, tama ba?” Fortun said, in a reply to another comment on his page.
“First public statement of CL that they are just friends? As I said, it seemed that the girl didn't even want to be kissed. CL didn't even embrace her, nor did she embrace back. So... the kisses on the cheeks aside, it (won't) affect the case,” he said.
