The It's Showtime co-host Anne Curtis performed a Miley Cyrus hit song "Wrecking Ball" while suspended in air at the start of the noontime variety show on Saturday, February 22, 2014.
The new Dyesebel star of ABS-CBN sang the worldwide popular song as a surprise birthday number on It's Showtime.
Curtis, who celebrated her birthday last Monday, February 17, thanked the "madlang people" and her It's Showtime family for all their love and support.
"Gusto ko talagang magpasalamat kina Jugs (Jugueta) and Teddy (Corpuz)…well kay Teddy actually. Siya yung nagbigay sa akin ng idea ng Wrecking Ball," Anne said.
"Thank you for making the It's Showtime stage a venue for dreams coming true. Thank you so much my Showtime family. I love you! Thank you!" Anne added.

After her daring and fiercer performance, Anne Curtis announced the date for her upcoming concert series dubbed "The Forbidden Concert: Round 2: Annekapal."
The concert is thru the partnership of Viva Live and Annebisyosa Productions Inc.. The "Annekapal" will be held on May 16 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Tickets are now available in all Ticketnet outlets.
"What I'm going to announce is that I'm gonna be having another concert!" she said to the cheers of the studio audience. "Abangan ninyo po yan!"
According to the social media icon, fans can expect "a lot of legit singers" who contributed their songs for her new album, including Christian Bautista, Billy Crawford, Marcus Davis and Teddy Corpuz.
