Manila, Philippines- Nike Philippines just confirmed today that the 'The King' of NBA and Miami Heat lead player is coming to Manila on Tuesday, July 23, 2013.
Announcement of Nike PH on Friday said that this is part of "Leave a Message" campaign designed to inspire young Filipino athletes to strive for greatness and perhaps be like James.
By visiting the Nike Basketball Facebook (Nike Basketball PH) and Twitter (@NikePH) pages, fans can "leave a message" for the two-time champion and four-time MVP along with a picture of themselves that express a personal message to the two-time NBA champion and one of the best players in the world.
The NBA superstar's Filipino fans can witness history and see LeBron live for free.
Nike will distribute tickets on a first-come, first-served basis on Wednesday, July 17 12nn at Nike Park Bonifacio Global City. Only two tickets will be given per person.
Aside from LeBron, Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers players are also coming to Manila on October 10, 2013 for the NBA Global Games Philippines (pre-season game) to be held at SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Reports also said that Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls, Tony Parker of the Spurs and Eric Gordon of the New Orleans Pelicans are also scheduled to fly to Manila on September 2 this year courtesy of Adidas.
