The new device from the Korean giant has finallly arrived, Samsung Galaxy S4 is officially unveiled at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked 2013 held in Times Square New York March 14, 2013 7pm EDT. Official specifications, price and worldwide release date announced at this big event.

According to reports, processor material on international and US version will be different for S4. The US edition Galaxy S4 will feature 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor while the International and the European models will have the latest eight-core Exynos 5 Octa processor clocking speeds of 1.6GHz.
Samsung Galaxy S4 is for global release by second quarter of 2013. Europe will be the first to experience the latest human phone. Apparently, the handset will then go on sale in the second week of April according to SamMobile.
March 28 Update: UK retailers and providers said that S4 will be available starting April 26. Pre-registration pages landed for those who are eager to grab the latest offering first. Expected price of the handset is on £500-£550 mark for 16GB in UK.
April 14 Update: All major carriers in the US(Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Cricket Wireless along with Sprint MVNO Ting) announced pre-orders for the device starting April 16.
Samsung is expected to release Galaxy S4 worldwide some time in May 2013.
April 20 Update: Samsung will be launching the Galaxy S4 in the Philippines on April 26, 2013. According to Yugatech report, SRP of the handset will be Php 30,990 for the 16GB LTE model. See full reports here.

Handset available on prepaid at Php 30,990 for the 16GB.
For as low as P1,599 monthly, subscribers can avail of the new device under Globe My Super Plan 999 with P600 monthly cashout over a 24-month contract period only.
Smart
S4 will also be available for free on Smart Unli Data Plan 2000 with a 30-month contract. The plan comes with 200 SMS and 150 minutes of calls to all networks and unlimited LTE connectivity.

Before the CES2013, SamMobile released a leaked photo of next generation of Galaxy. The design of the device looks also very similar to the design of the Galaxy S III and the Galaxy Premier, which makes this picture more authentic.
