CHRISTIAN DEUS TELMO CAYAO from Mapua Institute of Technology top the April 2012 ECE Board exam with 96.50%. It was followed by RIA MARIE ENCABO PALMA from Mindanao State University- Gen. Santos City with 95.10% general average.
