The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially announced on Wednesday, February 8, that 512 out of 856 (59.81%) passed the Physical Therapist (PT) board exam and 128 out of 185 (69.19%) passed the Occupational Therapist (OT) Licensure Examination given by the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy in the cities of Manila and Cebu this February 2017.
PRC has recognized Angeles University Foundation (AUF) and University of the Philippines (UP)-Manila as the top performing schools for Physical Therapist exam as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010:WITH 15 OR MORE EXAMINEES AND WITH AT LEAST 80% PASSING PERCENTAGE. AUF and UP-Manila got 100-percent passing rate.

Our Lady of Fatima University -Antipolo City and University of Perpetual Help System - Laguna ranked second and third for PT exams with 84.00 and 82.35 passing rate, respectively.
UP-Manila also topped the schools for Occupational Therapist Licensure exam as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010. University of Santo Tomas (UST) placed second.
