MANILA, Philippines - Boxing fans are all eyes and ears on Las Vegas today, November 5, 2016 (November 6 Philippine time) as the People's Champ Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao is set make history against WBO welterweight champion Jessie "Ruthless" Vargas.
