Top 10 Passers: University of Cebu grad tops March 2016 Mechanical Engineer board exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially announced on Tuesday, April 5, the complete list of passers for March 2016 Mechanical Engineer board exam. Marina Melendres Luchavez, graduate of University of Cebu (UC) topped the board with 91.60 percent grade.

Another UC alum Neil Ivan Jon Buquing Domingo placed second with 91.15 percent average grade.
