Laoag City - For interested contestants, prepare photocopy of any valid ID and Birth Certificate, close-up and a whole body picture and any two (2) songs to be sung acapella. Then visit ABS-CBN Laoag, 2/F CAP Bldg., F.R. Castro cor. Balintawak Sts., Laoag City and look for any DJ for the pre-screening! For Friday, 7-11AM and 6-8pm and Sat-Sun from 8AM-5PM.
Metro Manila - To qualify for the 'The Voice ng Radyo", you must be sixteen (16) years old and above. To join, call Tambayan 101.9 ( 924-26-84 o 415-1111).

Taking into considerations the requirements and process applied for the initial auditions held in California, below info may guide you on your way for the dream blind auditions:
1. Wait for official date and venue of The Voice audition in your area.
2. Consider the following requirements for the audition process:
- Check the age limit in the announcement. Contestants under 18 years old or are otherwise a minor, one
(1) parent or guardian will be allowed at the audition.
- Identification and a copy of birth certificate.
- Prepare (2) two songs for your open call audition. You may not perform both but have them ready.
- You must have Filipino ancestry
- Only acapella is allowed at the audition
- No background tracks.
- Bring one close up and one full body photo.
- No instruments (you cannot play guitar).
- Songs can be by any artist and from any genre ( pop, rock, R&B, hip-hop, alternative, latin,
country, blues, indie).
3. Family, friends and coaches are not allowed at the audition.
4. Dress appropriately in a style that represents you.
5. Register at the venue. Registration usually lasts for 3 hours.
6. Do your best and show that you got "The Voice" in your open call audition. Note that coaches are not present at the open call audition only the team that screens auditionees.
7. If you passed the open call or pre-screening audition, wait for the next step from ABS-CBN.
In the Voice, the singing auditions are 'blind': the jury is turned with their back to the competitors. Once 'selected' (by pushing a button), the juror turns towards the competitor. After these blind auditions, the coaches will train their competitors through knock-out battles and public voting rounds until there is one competitor left, who will be named as 'The Voice'.
As confirmed on reliable sources, Toni Gonzaga and Robi Domingo will host the brand new show of ABS-CBN. Hint given by the former last January 16, 2013 on UKG that she will be doing a reality show at the 2nd quarter of the year. Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo Manalac, Leah Salonga and Apl.deAp will judge-coach for the show.
