PRC in about 3 days announces results of April 2012 Midwives Licensure Examination. Rho Vince Caño Malagueño from Bicol University -Tabaco named top 1 Midwife passer with 89.65% average grade. It was followed by Hera Theresa Reola Albano from University of Saint Anthony with 88.90% rating.
It can be noticed that five of the top 10 places were occupied by Bicol University -Tabaco and majority of topnotchers are from the schools at the provinces. It means that center of excellence is not only in Manila but provincial colleges/ universities of today now have edge to compete.
